Aurelia Takacs, Global DE&I Lead, Cisco CX Centers

Aurelia Takacs is a seasoned leader with extensive experience driving global, diverse teams in multinational organizations. Her exceptional leadership and people skills, coupled with her international experiences and communications acumen, make her a force to be reckoned with in the corporate world. She is fluent in 4 languages, a first-generation American that now calls Brussels home, she considers herself a world citizen with her diverse background.

Currently, Aurelia holds a pivotal role as the Global DE&I Lead for Cisco CX Centers. In this capacity, she spearheads global initiatives and strategies for the organization, championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities around attracting & hiring diverse talent; enabling leaders & employees to understand and engage across differences; and driving a culture of belonging across the full spectrum of diversity to engage, build and retain employees.  She is also the Belgium/Luxembourg Women of Cisco ERO chapter founder and Lead and is passionate about driving CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives and employee engagement. With a global focus spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APJC regions, Aurelia ensures that leaders & teams embrace a unified approach to powering an inclusive future for all.
