We offer discounts for groups of 5, or more – the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! We also offer a limited amount of discounts to approved non-profit organizations & University students. Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant.

Refreshment, buffet lunch, snacks, tea and coffee.

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

If you cancel before June 30, 2019, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

If you cancel on or after June 30, 2019, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place with a written approval.

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. First you need to email support@riseandleadwomen.com with your substitution request.

Summit attire is business casual for all events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.

Yes, The Rise & Lead Team will send emails periodically to update you on the schedule and logistics. Please make sure that the email address event@riseandleadsummit.com is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

Complete the sponsor information form here. Exhibit Hall hours will run from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm on Thursday, September 19th and 7:00 am – 5:30 pm on Friday, September 20th.

Rise & Lead Women will be recorded and photographed.

We will endeavour to reserve an area in each room where faces will not
be recorded or photographed and make it clear where this is. If you do
not want to be recorded, you may prepare written questions for a
volunteer to read out on your behalf.

Before recording individuals we will ask your permission.

You may use and share photographs and recordings of yourself as long as
you reference Rise & Lead Women when doing so.

This disclaimer does not apply to Speakers, Sponsors, and other parties
who sign a dedicated contract with Rise & Lead Women.
