Before she joined Randstad, Ghislaine was instrumental in driving Heineken’s global digital strategy. In her last role she was globally responsible for the retail eCommerce business of the brewer. She is passionate to drive change through digital innovation and people.
Throughout her career she has been an advocate for gender equality and inclusion in the companies she worked for.
Ghislaine obtained a Master in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and is mother of 3 girls. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books and good food.
