Janice Agbona-Overman is the owner and CEO of JRO Health& Consultancy and the co-owner of CROWN ADE BV.  Janice has been working as a medical doctor in several medical fields in the Netherlands since 2007. After obtaining her Ph.D. in Bone Tissue Engineering in Amsterdam in 2015, she started working as an occupational healthcare professional, where she could combine her clinical experience with the commercial matters of her client’s companies.

Since 2023 Janice has been practicing under her own label JRO Health & Consultancy. Her main focus is on advising companies on keeping a healthy and safe workplace, as well as guiding sick employees back to work in a healthy and durable way. In order to cater to her creative side, she co-founded CROWN ADE BV with her husband in 2020, a fashion brand initially focussed on high-end accessories. In the longer run CROWN ADE will be involved in several social-cultural projects in and outside of Nigeria.
