Nancy Kasvosve
Nancy is an impact driven professional who is passionate about equity and manifests this purpose in multiple ways across her life. Professionally, she is a corporate health tech professional, building expertise in innovating how vulnerable populations access and experience healthcare, and her career spans multiple geographies and functions. Entrepreneurially she is a founder and co-founder of multiple equity focused platforms, including the women’s ERG at her company, Philips Women Lead. A bottom up movement that is connecting, growing and amplifying the careers of women at Philips, PWL has grown to over 4000 members, >28 chapters in Philips offices around the world, and 180 volunteers in 5 years. Nancy is also the founder of BsquaredC, a platform that is amplifying the stories of black women in the corporate world through storytelling and community building. She is the co-host of the bi weekly podcast, BsquaredC where they are interviewing ambitious black women across different industries around the world, sharing their career experiences, lessons and advice.
