Richard Pickard is the Chief Executive Officer of Inclusive Search. Through the course of his career, he has accumulated 20+ years of experience in personally delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, both on a contingent & retained search basis; whilst developing high performing teams delivering to a range of clients – from FTSE100 to start-up & scale-up tech firms. He has grown teams and launched brand new business units for large international recruitment organisations.
Having served as a Board Director for 7 years, Richard wanted to create a business that had a clear purpose & vision to reach out to a broader talent pool of diverse candidates. Equality is important to him as he believes that businesses with diversity have a greater balance of voices that help them to create a diversity of thought and more innovative solutions. Therefore, companies need to better reflect their customers and the regions that they operate in as it’s just the right thing to do.
As an advocate for TLA Black Women in Tech, a member of The 30% Club, and a judge of the WeAreTheCity Rising Star awards, Richard is actively involved in creating leadership dialogue around equality, and advising & mentoring candidates.
Richard is also the author of the ‘Exceptional Female Role Models’ interview series – championing the achievements and excellence of so many inspirational females currently trailblazing in business.
