Emily K. Graham

Emily leads global diversity & inclusion strategy across FleishmanHillard’s 80+ offices in 30 countries. In 2017, she played an integral role in launching FH Perspectives, an award-winning global D&I program which highlights the diversity of thought and lived experience that the agency’s 2000+ employees bring to their work with clients every day. She is also the founder and lead of True MOSAIC, a group dedicated to driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to the center of corporate strategy.

Previously, Emily co-led FH’s Americas Financial and Professional services sector. She serves as trusted counselor to her clients and has led integrated communications campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands and well-known C-suite leaders. Emily specializes in developing and implementing integrated communications strategies for public and private institutions.

She has deep experience leading some of the most notable communications moments of the past decade including the acquisition of Merrill Lynch by Bank of America, the election of the first female CEO in the Big 4’s 100-year history and the rebranding of Deloitte LLP. Emily has significant expertise advising professional services firms and diversified financial services organizations. Past client work includes Deloitte LLP, Accenture, BlackRock, Southwest Airlines, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.

She serves as a member of FleishmanHillard’s leadership team, The Cabinet, tasked with guiding the firm’s strategy and mission. Recently. Emily’s was named as one of Crain’s New York’s 40 under 40 professionals and PR News’ Women to Watch. She has been featured in LinkedIn’s global #HowIGotHere series and serves on the Global Board of DIrectors for Dress for Success Worldwide – a non profit focused on helping women achieve economic independence and career advancement. She resides in New York City.
