Stefan Tonnon is an experienced senior HR executive and coach/mentor.
Stefan’s passion for people development, Diversity and Inclusion, technology and sustainable transformational and business change is the driving force behind his success over the last 25 years across several businesses in the IT sector across EMEA, US and APAC.
Stefan worked in executive Human Resources leadership roles in technology companies such as Insight Enterprises, Infor Global Solutions, Progress Software, and Riverbed. He supported business transformations by building HR capabilities that drive scalable and sustainable business value through people. Stefan works closely with senior leadership teams to enable the business to achieve organisational objectives. He builds high-performing and engaging teams whilst creating a “Great Places to Work” philosophy where individuals can grow and realise their full potential through a transparent and collaborative culture.
Stefan is Dutch and currently resides in Sweden. He has lived and worked in the US, Germany, Singapore, India, The Netherlands, and the UK, which has enabled him to understand multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environments, which is key to driving success in global companies and start-ups.
He also is a board advisor for Rise & Lead Women, a non-profit organisation that ensures women from across the globe have equal access to professional opportunities, feel empowered to reach their full potential, and become leaders to drive positive, sustainable change in the world. Stefan is also an investor in Threefold, a company that is building a new decentralised internet for all people and is a Co-Author of best-selling book ‘Play the Game’ where 18 strategies from game-changing leaders and disruptors on how to break the cycle that stunts your business growth are shared.
